1.- open a command prompt (search cmd) and open as administrator
copy and paste these commands and press enter, one by one:

ipconfig /flushdns
cd/
netsh int tcp show global
netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp
netsh int tcp set global dca=enabled
netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=enabled
netsh int tcp set global timestamps=disabled
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
 regsvr32 actxprxy.dll

set supplemental congestionprovider=ctcp

then finally run this command: netsh interface tcp show global

test your internet speed again at http://www.speedtest.net/ or http://www.bandwidthplace.com/






 Go to System, Advanced system settings, advanced tab, performance settings, advanced tab, and change. Uncheck the  "automatically manage paging size..." and check "custom size"
change initial size to 14000 and maximum size to 14000




Go to device manager, disk drives, right click properties, policies, and the two boxes must be enabled

Go te regedit, local machine, system, controlset001, services, ndu, start, modify 4 hexadecimal

3.- Go to msconfig, boot, advanced options, check number of processors and select the highest.
Leave unchecked the maximum memory box.

4.- Get Auslogistics Bootspeed, go to all tools, and tweak manager, follow its optimizie recommendations.

if you can´t download apps from the store, or the live app tiles don´t change, just go to services and enable windows firewall, right click, properties, enable and start. You may want to disable your other antivirus firewall if its other than windows defender.

If you wanna definitively close an app, just drag it down and wait until it turns, and thats it.

If your PC is slow, and the icons delay into appear, just go to msconfig, startup, check "hide all microsoft services" and then disable all, and restart.


The HOMEGROUP Icon suddenly appeared on my desktop. I can't move it. I don't want it there.
1) Drive to "Folder Options"
2) Click "View"
3) Scroll down to "Use Sharing Wizard (Recommended)" it must be checked
4) Un-Check  the Check -box
5) Click "Apply"......the Icon will be removed from your desktop
6) Re-Check the Check-box .....the icon will not be back



Just go to services (run services.msc), and enable mocrosoft Software Shadow Copy, right click, properties, automatic, apply, start. Also, make sure tune up utilities of any other program isn't in turbo mode.




Open Windows Power Shell ISE (Admin)
Copy the following instruction: wbAdmin start backup -backupTarget:F: -include:C: -allCritical -quiet
it should look like this
PS c:\Windows\system32> wbAdmin start backup -backupTarget:F: -include:C: -allCritical -quiet
you can change the letter "F", depending where you want to save the Image (for example, C, H, I...)
press enter and wait like 15 minutes, get to 100% and should say succesfully created.
Check your new folder, should say WindowsImageBackup, dont open it.


Go to services (run services.msc)
look up for Protexis Licensing V2
Right click it, Automatic, apply, right click and start
Go then to msconfig, services, hide all microsoft services, and check the Protexis Licencing box.
Try now and see how the program works.



Don´t panic, it´s a very common problem, so easy to fix!
Please go to "Open Network and Sharing Center", by right click on the internet icon at the taskbar.
Go now to "Change Adapter Settings", at the left column.
Right click on what it´s enabled (ethernet or wi fi), and disable it. (Its going to take like 5 minutes)
Once disabled, right click on it again, and enable it. (Its gonna take 10 seconds).
Now you have internet again!!!

If that doesnt works, with your PC off,  unplug your modem, take off the battery, wait a minute, and then reconnect. 

If that doesnt works, open Command Prompt as administrator, and copy this instruction:
ipconfig /all
search for Physical Address number, that should look like this: BC-77-37-72-4C-CC
make sure to copy it exactly, and without the dashes, like this:  BC7737724CCC
go again to  "Open Network and Sharing Center", by right click on the internet icon at the taskbar.
go to connections (ethernet or wifi), and go to Properties, and then Configure.
Go to "Advanced" tab, and look up for "Network Address"
check Value, and copy your Physical Address number

optional, change your DNS address for this one:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220


command prompt (admin)
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
enter (its gonna take like 20 min at 20%, don´t worry, will take like 23 minutes to scan 100%)
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
enter (only if you encountered an error at the scan)
exit
enter


If you ever open a dll file with notepad or something else, your computer may stop working. Just do this:

1) regedit
2) Click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3) Then on Software
4) Then on Microsoft
5) Then on Windows
6) Then on CurrentVersion
7) Then on Explorer
8) Then on FileExts
9) Then on .dll
In folder "openwithlist", delete everything but the default file at the top.
Just the default file must be in that folder.
Then, right click and delete the folder "user choice"
restart
